Robber fly stance
So this must be the robber fly stance that was missing from the Tachytes Wasp I submitted recently thinking it might be a robber fly. I'm sure this robber fly was just sittin tight for the next bee that would be comin around.

 
You'll get them sorted out.
Then a mydas fly will come along and confuse you anew. They look like slow-moving wasps. Relative to stance, search on "hanging thief" for another neat posture.

Also not willing to say I'm 100% sure...
...but that was my first thought as well. See this image as an example (not an ID):

Not sure
but this looks like it may be a robber fly of some type.
