Size: Approx. 2"
Visiting here in NC and have no idea as to species ID. Rather smallish for a Dragonfly and the eyes actually had more of a greenish tint.

Looks like a Blue Dasher, Pachydiplax longipennis. There are some seriously small dragonflies out there, even smaller than this guy!
