From Eric LaGasa: "Your cool moth is a Phycitinae Pyralid, possibly an Ephestia sp.(elutella?).
wingspan ~21mm
Locality: Coastal SW Washington State at the edge of Willapa Bay geo:lat=46 37.273 geo:lon=-123 56.814
This moth is in waiting to get its genitals examined for the ID at Wa Dept. of Agriculture. What a life after.
