Robber Fly - Efferia aestuans - male

Robber Fly - Efferia aestuans - Male
Randolph, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, USA
August 10, 2005
Is this an Efferia aestuans?

Nerax Efferia
Appears to have the right abdomen and terminalia. The legs are very dark. But it does not look like apicalis, the only other real possibility.

Placement
Should I place this in the Efferia guide page, or make a new page under Nerax. Thanks Herschel.

Nerax
It would be easier to sort the Efferia if they were broken down so it might be best to have a large Efferia section with a comment about the subdivisions and then subsections for the others beneath that.
