Size: small but not tiny
Seems to be only one of these around so far. Prefers the borage.

Megachilidae.
This is definitely something from the family Megachilidae. My instinct is to put it in the Osmia genus, but most Osmia are metallic, at least in part. Please leave it at family for now.
