Size: 6mm
I think this is Platycentrus based on a specimen I identified at U of Arizona collection years ago. Host is Prosopis velutina. Hopefully Dr. Hamilton can verify.

Platycentrus acuticornis
The only species of this genus in AZ, and the one with the longest horns!
