teneral bug, caught about 100 yards upstream on Big Springs Creek from junction with Frio River at Big Springs Ranch; this is one of only five known US locations of this insect; also present at this location is Ivory-striped Sylph, Macrothemis imitans leucozona (photos to be added soon)
