Five-spotted Lady Beetle? - Hippodamia

Five-spotted Lady Beetle? - Hippodamia
Anaconda, Deerlodge County, Montana, USA
July 30, 2005
See compared image at this site.

It is not possible to rule out Hippodamia glacialis
In that part of America you get Hippodamia glacialis ssp. lecontei which overlaps in pattern. So this can't go beyond genus level.

(Hopefully we'll have a combined "quinquesignata/glacialis" page one day, considering we have combined pages for very uncommon species pairs already!)

Hippodamia
Hippodamia sp. for sure...
