Nitidulidae
It cetainly looks like a rove beetle from this angle with its short elytra and long abdomen. But it has the antennae of a nitidulid and that's what I think it is. What kind of flower was it on/in? If it was a tubular flower, then that would about cinch it for Nitidulidae since there are rove-like members of that family, genus Conotelus, that frequent such flowers. See:
