What kind of spider is this? - Selenops - Male

Size: body only aprox .5 to 1"
This was seen in between the window glass and the screen. Around 8:30 am. Just wondering what kind of spider this is and if its something to be concerned about.

It looks like a fishing spider, maybe in the genus Dolmedes. See others here.
