Iridescent Black Pentatomid in California - Zicrona americana

Iridescent Black Pentatomid in California - Zicrona americana
Webb Canyon, ~2000 ft. altitude, Los Angeles County, California, USA
April 30, 2009
Size: ~ 6 mm
When I rescued this beauty from the pool it shone the most wonderful shades of deep blue and green (my photos do not do it justice!). I am fairly certain that this must be Zicrona americana, but I would prefer to get confirmation before moving it to the guide page. It looks right, but I am not entirely certain if there are any other look-alike candidates in CA...

Mixed oak & chaparral habitat.

How does one distinguish
between the two species of Zicrona in W NA?

They can be separated on the location
otherwise, genitalia seems to be required.

Thanks...
...for the ID & move, =v=!
