2 pairs of punctures on elytra, also two depressions on head. Scarites for genus? quadriceps for species?

Blowup of second image allows identification to S. vicinus/S. quadriceps group. However, without ventral view further ID impossible. My best guess would be S. vicinus, as it seems to be more common further north.
