The pale shoulder stripe is way wider than it should be on weewa or exsulans. I also haven't heard of weewa in MA, although it's possible.

We only see three female Enallagma with this
color pattern on the top of segments 9 and 10, exsulans, divagans, and weewa. None would be 2 inches, but the Blackwater, weewa, would be long and have this long slender look to it. It's not a species that we see, so don't know it well enough to have a good feel for it. Did you take images in a large format so that you could crop and post just the head or just the end of the abdomen?
