Large bumble bee worker? - Bombus griseocollis - female

Large bumble bee worker? - Bombus griseocollis - Female
Perry County, Pennsylvania, USA
May 29, 2009
Size: 15 mm
Large for a first worker, but too small to be a queen. Is this griseocollis? I don't know if the yellow hair on the head rule applies for workers..
