I'm a bit more inclined towards Platypedia.

1) appears small and "elongate" - Do you have measurements?
2) lots of setae ("hairy") - Typical of Platypedia
4) vertical orange line nearly bisecting the pronotum - Typical of Platypedia
5) head width approaches that of pronotum - Typical of Platypedia
