Holcocranum saturejae
Information about the history of the family Artheneidae in N. American found at http://cat.inist.fr/?aModele=afficheN&cpsidt=13458283
led me to examine Holcocranum saturejae. The image of Holcocranum saturejae at http://www.insectimages.org/browse/detail.cfm?imgnum=5199079 appears to be a match of my image with its venation and antennae.

Kurt -- thanks for the new family!
if you see more, pls take straight dorsal pix and post the best ones; this indiv. seems to be a bit atypical
