Grapholita, probably 3431 - G. caerulana or 3435 - G. conversana
I'd pick 3435 - Grapholita conversana as the best tentative choice. There could be others, including undescribed species (there is one mentioned in the California Moths Database). California lists 10 species of which one is rare and can probably be forgotten. I can rule out seven other species based on photos at MPG. Your moth can only possibly fit the two species mentioned above. Conversana looks closest to me.
