Can you make out tiny spines on the enlarged femur?
They'd be on the bottom. If so, syritta pipiens.

 
Not sure
can't really see any. What is it if it didn't have spines?

 
Good question.
However, I don't know the answer. There's a genus Tropida that looks a lot like this, but I now think it has spines, too.
