Large Hoverfly.... - Tropidia quadrata

This thing scared me. It kept rotating so it always faced me, something that dragonflies sometimes do.

After second look
Is it more likely Eristalinae, Milesiini, and to be more precise Tropidia sp., probably T. quadrata!
From this angle it looks like Xylotini, but the face and the colors are slightly different from that!
