Polydrusus
Green Immigrant Leaf Weevil, Polydrusus sericeus, is what I would say if I caught one, but certainly a Polydrusus species.

I think I see the difference now
Sericeus has a scale-like green vestiture and impressifrons has "impressed " punctures, si?

impressifrons means flat forehead [=frons]
...which describes the head well [although it's usually inadvisable to rely on specific names for ID purposes]
