Only two of our six Dalmannia species occur east of the Rocky Mountains, and D. vitiosa is the only species with pure black (rather than yellow) humeri and scutellum as here.

Actually, a yellowish speck on the posterior edge of the scutellum in your 2nd image gave me pause...but the pattern of the yellow abdominal markings here (with large lateral patches of yellow) is also in accord with D. vitiosa (and not with that of the other eastern species: D. nigriceps).
