larva is Harmonia axyridis
A first, maybe 2nd instar H. axyridis - the double-branched spines are diagnostic for the species and are evident w/in a day of egg hatch.

Ladybug larva and eggs
Ladybug larvae are definitely egg predators, and they don't seem to mind eating ladybug eggs.
