Evarcha hoyi
It looks good to me. There's a few others on the Evarcha page that look like they might be this species, and maybe a couple of the females that were with the males.

 
It's possible that he's still
It's possible that he's still subadult -- I'm not sure, but the palps do look a bit "glabrous".
