=v='s note: Danks was a Latvian entomologist, and described the species in 1950 from [then 'Soviet'] Latvia. I may have seen her once during my college years in Moscow. I'll ask Dr Mockford how did this species make it into the New World.

Veins
Is there a name for those "dotted-line" veins? This planthopper has similar veins.
