Black and yellow bee - Argogorytes nigrifrons - Male
Moccasin Lake, Winston, Douglas County, Georgia, USA
June 8, 2009
Size: 8mm measured
This small bee or wasp(?) came to my UV light at 3:30 AM. Need help with ID as I have not the slightest idea. There were hundreds of moths and caddisflies of all sizes present.
