Stratiomyidae: Microchrysa flavicornis
Stratiomyidae: Microchrysa flavicornis. This is in the subfamily Sarginae, so is near, but not, Sargus

Reminds us of the soldier flies
in the genus Sargus here. Should be something close. One of the Diptera experts should be able to tell you.
