Dragonfly - Argia apicalis

Dragonfly - Argia apicalis
Brazos Bend State Park, Needville, Texas, USA
June 5, 2009
Found in wooded area. Stayed close to the ground. What a unique color this one had.

Moved
Moved from Dancers.

Moved
Moved from Damselflies.

Looks like - Argia apicalis (female)
See http://www.stephencresswell.com/s/blue-fronted.html

However it could also be an Argia moesta.
This is even more difficult to tell apart since the end
of the abdomen is soiled.

Thanks William
After browsing both Apicalis and Moesta I'm pretty sure this is Moesta. But to make the plot thicken, i do believe i photographed Apicalis at the same location. Id request here
