Unknown Wasp - Ibalia anceps

Unknown Wasp - Ibalia anceps
Elysburg, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, USA
June 10, 2009
Found this little gem today marching around at the bottom of this rock. I'm thinking it is one of the Ichneumons but I'm not sure. At any rate, it's a pretty wasp and one I've never seen before.

Moved
Moved from Ibalia.

Great find!
This is Ibalia anceps, family Ibaliidae. They are probably not uncommon, but certainly not seen very often. Parasites of horntails if I recall correctly.
