Tibicen sp. (likely T. davisi)
Nice series of images!

I have collected many nymphs of T. davisi, and although teneral adults are highly variable in color....they all have rather "disprportionately large heads" .. as compared to other Tibicen species. For this reason, I lean towards T. davisi as the likely candidate.
