This is...
a
Schinia
. It also seems most similar to
persimilis
, at least as presented at
MPG
, though their map does not have it recorded from the Cascades. Unfortunately, the
BG page
and the
PNW page
both present a very different-looking beastie. So, I'll place this in the genus for now.
