Red little guys keep crawling around my house - Dictis striatipes

Size: Approx. 1/2"
We keep finding these spiders all over our house (avg. 1 every 4 days). Not sure if we should be overly concerned, but since we have a toddler scooting about, thought I should ask. Any useful information will be appreciated.
