Same individual
These are very likely the same individual. All 3 images were taken on the same date, 12 June 2009, and are numbered sequentially. The 2 on my hand were taken at 10:56 and are numbered 009 and 010, while the other was taken at 10:58 and numbered 011. Sorry for the confusion.

Cephaloon species
This could be Cephaloon ungulare LeConte, however, without seeing the pulvilli of the tarsal claws (not visible in such a photo) it could equally well be Cephaloon lepturides Newman.
