Entypus unifasciatus.
This appears to be a spider wasp, Entypus unifasciatus. The orange patch on the front wing is pretty distinctive, especially when paired with the orange antennae. Family is Pompilidae, subfamily Pepsini. Females catch large wolf spiders to provision their burrows for their offspring. A very handsome, large spider wasp:-)
