It has redish brow prolegs and a snake immatation eye on the back half. Also it has two vertical black stripes on its otherwise white face.

Wagner reports that Abbott's
feeds on grape and virginia creeper, but at some point it will stop eating and look for a place to pupate. See Hannah's article on raising caterpillars here
