Is this an Acutalis species, or a similar looking genus?

Micrutalis dorsalis
This small treehopper has transparent wings, unlike Acutalis (with dark veins). There are two northern species of Micrutalis. This is the larger one, with the black spot on the back not reaching more than two-thirds the distance to the tip of the pronotum.
