Hm-m-m....
I was all set to say it was a variation of
Harmonia axyridis
, and I suppose it still 'could' be, but then I saw your size estimate...
Adalia bipunctata
would be another possibility...

Thanks and the size estimate it an actual measurement with a ruler. I just give the range of 5-6 for personal error... :)

This is Harmonia axyridis 100% based on markings
one of the rare black and red spotted forms, nice find!
