UI Leafhopper -
Graphocephala coccinea
Amherst, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA
July 1, 2006
Size: @3/8"
I've been calling this a Scarlet and Green leafhopper in a blue phase. I'm guessing there's a more accurate name. Help on that much appreciated.
Thanks.

For some of these an accurate size measurement is needed (to within 1 mm or so).
