World Birding Center at Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park, Hidalgo County, Texas, USA

Am going out on a limb with my guess at genus. Would appreciate confirmation and any ideas as to species. The SINA website mentions a few species in this genus for which it has no photos, and for which its distribution maps show dots only in Texas. Not finding a match in Capinera et al's field guide either.
