Size: approx 1.4cm
I think it's a wasp. And with the curve to the antenna tip, I'd also guess it's a male.

Help to ID would be appreciated.

Not wasp.
At least, I don't think it is. I'd vote for a Nomada cuckoo bee, though I've not seen a specimen like this before....
