maybe Cicindela sexguttata
That might be the six-spotted tiger beetle. Looks like there might be a couple more spots, so I could be off, or maybe that's variation within the species.

Thanks, Andy. I just looked at other images of this beetle and see there are others with the extra 2 spots in the middle.
