Conura (Metadontia)
While the pattern is similar to
C. nigricornis
the teeth on the hind femur are not.
Metadontia
was a monotypic genus (before being sunk into
Conura
) that was typified by the continuous row of large teeth. The pattern was considered to be variable, yellow and black. This is a male specimen.

Your welcome.
If you compare the hind femur of this with
C. nigricornis
you'll see that
nigricornis
has two "large" teeth and then a whole section of tiny teeth, instead of the row of large teeth only.
I wish we could do more with this colorful group of little wasps.

Great shot of the nasty looking teeth on the femur! The old generic name of Metadontia referred to these teeth.
