Conura (Metadontia)
While the pattern is similar to C. nigricornis the teeth on the hind femur are not. Metadontia was a monotypic genus (before being sunk into Conura) that was typified by the continuous row of large teeth. The pattern was considered to be variable, yellow and black. This is a male specimen.

If you compare the hind femur of this with C. nigricornis you'll see that nigricornis has two "large" teeth and then a whole section of tiny teeth, instead of the row of large teeth only.

I wish we could do more with this colorful group of little wasps.
