Small black with yellow stripes 1" flying beewolf? - Massachusetts - Ancistrocerus adiabatus

I thought this was a beewolf but apparently I have mis-guessed on a similar flying creature. Found on my back porch.

Ancistrocerus adiabatus - female
An Eumenine Vespid Wasp (Mason Wasp), as indicated by the folded forewings at rest.
