Mine appears to be a different species, but I'm pretty sure yours is also a Parabrochymena

your bug has fully developed wings, which says it's an adult; adult bugs may be wingless or brachypterous [=having shortened, non-skyworthy wings], but nymphs never have full-size wings, only wingpads
