There were a couple of these fly like insects attracted to my light. Anybody know what it might be?

Thanks,

Metylophorus novaescotiae
The dark spot at the tip of the wing make this Metylophorus novaescotiae; Family Psocidae. You usually find them on lichen covered branches or tree trunks. I guess they are also attracted to lights now and again.

bark Louse??
Perhaps something in the Psocidae family.

Psocoptera.
Definitely a bark louse, and a great image, Russ!
