Amblycorypha
Round-headed Katydid, genus Amblycorypha, a female. Similar to Scudderia and Microcentrum in same subfamily, I think, but forewings rounded. Nice photo.

I agree.
Female Amblycorypha have proportionately HUGE ovipositors, which is a quick way to tell them apart from both Scudderia and Microcentrum.
