Lasiopogon cinereus
Lasiopogon cinereus female. Almost certain of this identification. Slender, strongly gray species with medial thoracic stripe; very common in Washington State and habitat is right. L. cinereus is common and widespread along rocky streamsides from northern BC and the Rockies of Alberta south to California, Utah and Colorado.
