The only thing we are finding in Wagner
with the combination of white stripe down the back, faint slashes down the sides, white sides to the face, and long anal prolegs trailing is the Mottled Prominent, Macrurocampa marthesia. Don't know if it looks like this as it approaches pupation or not. Maybe this is a close relative.
