10005 - Feralia jocosa
Most people who have seen this species have never seen the remarkable degree of yellow as in this specimen. I brightened and sharpened the photo. It would look a little better at about half this size.
The larvae are not those of Feralia and should be untagged to stand apart from the adult shown here.

I do not see how to untag the adult.

The adult is the Feralia
...and it looks now to be uncoupled from the larvae.
