Tibicen Tibicen (syn. Tibicen chloromera) - TENERAL
I would suggest T. tibicen (=T. chloromera)
Green eyes are a key feature to this species - coupled with the green pronotal patches and pinkish-green body while teneral!
Another observation involves the base of the wing pad to the "shell". I have noticed that there is a residual "dark spot/mark" above the wing hinge in the molt of this species - not seen in others.
Since your picture is of a teneral (soft/newly emerged), I suggest reviewing the images below.

Great Photos
I've got to tell you looking at Cicadas gives me the creeps. Just to type this message I had to scroll the pictures off the top of the screen. I'm wondering how long did it take for the entire process of leaving the shell? How long did it take you to find one that was ready to come out, and then how long did you wait until show time?
By the way, all of your pictures are excellent!
(Pop Pop helped me find your pictures :-))

Thanks
Thanks! Glad you like the photos! She (the cicada) took
about
15 min. (I wasn't timing her)
I just stumbled across her, so it was just luck there.

Hard To tell species...
..at the teneral stage. But it's definately Tibicen and definately female. Her ovipositor is quite apparent in the profile shots.
