Apparently dead from fungus. Note the hairs emerging from the thorax.

My vote is for...
...a pale Strangalepta abbreviata, based on the apparent lack of a distinct collar at the apex of the pronotum. Lightening the dark shadows in the photo might help show if this is true.
p.s. somebody in the previous comments needs to close an italics tag :)

something else?
looking at yanega and some beetles in my collection it could also be a very pale Strangalepta abbreviata. pronotum looks too round and smooth as compared to those other two species.
